If you are a new patient, we want to make sure you feel welcome at our practice. We work hard to get to know you personally and customize our care according to your needs. In addition, we hope that your experience with us is not just productive but also enjoyable, which is why we’re providing as much information upfront as possible. Your First Visit
When you first call us to schedule your appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. You’ll be warmly greeted when you walk in and instructed to complete any remaining paperwork before it’s time to have an advanced 3-D postural scan performed. Then, you’ll be given a brief tour of our office space, as well as an overview of our available services, before you arrive at the exam room.
Before we think about beginning any kind of treatment, each patient receives a detailed evaluation from Dr. Wills. This comprehensive evaluation includes X-rays and any other imaging he needs to make an accurate diagnosis. That way, we know exactly how to approach your care using therapies that will work best for your body.
Active Listening & Discussion
At many other clinics, you may find chiropractic teams that tell you what you need without any input from you as the patient. We do things differently. No one knows your body better than you do, so we make you an active participant in the treatment process. We’ll listen to you and work with you to find the right combination.
